Take a study break by making this quick, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate sensation. You’ll ponder how you ever studied without it.
1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, cut into 8 pieces
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup flour
SPRAY 8 inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
PLACE butter and cocoa powder in large bowl. Microwave on high until butter is melted. Add sugar and whisk to combine. Let mixture cool slightly, then whisk in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour.
SCRAPE batter into pan. Microwave on high until brownies are just set in center, 4-7 minutes. Let brownies cool.
